Justin Lin, widely tipped to be helming Terminator 5 is also working on Fast & Furious 6, but according to reports today this Terminator rights owner Megan Ellison & Arnold Schwarzenegger want to put the first of two Terminator pictures in production for the fourth quarter of 2012 which means major scheduling conflicts for Mr Lin. The director has revealed that he still will direct Terminator 5 if if Ellison & Schwarzenegger will wait until he completes the sixth installment of The Fast & the Furious franchise. But according to Deadline James Cameron has already had meetings about the new movie & couple that with the rights to the franchise returning to him in 2018 the whole shebang looks rosy again.
