Oren Moverman [The Messenger] has been reined in to script The Terrorist Search Engine for Sony Pictures. The film is a big screen adaption of a New York Magazine article by Wesley Yang about Evan Francois Kohlmann aka "the Doogie Howser of Terrorism" & his efforts to utilize the internet search technology to bring terrorists to justice. Deadline broke the story & state that Moverman also has "an eye toward directing" the film. The Terrorist Search Engine is set to star Jesse Eisenberg [The Social Network] I know, as another computer-whiz-turned-terrorism-fighter Evan Kohlmann.
