Christina Hendricks [Mad Men] has signed on to star in director Sally Potter’s upcoming swinging sixties anti-nuke movie Bomb, the movie focuses on two teenage girls who become part of the Ban the Bomb movement in London & also learn a little bit about free love through their own blossoming sexuality. WE have no word on what role Hendricks will play in the movie, but she joins Elle Fanning, Alessandro Nivola & Alice Englert as the other female leads. Potter has already established herself as a respected auteur & will shoot Bomb in London this coming February. TheDailyMail broke news of the casting but /Film add that "Fanning will star as Ginger, the brainier one of the two girls, while Englert is signed on to play boy-crazy Rosa. Nivola will play a writer who has an affair with his teenage daughter’s best friend."
