The sequel to Ridley Scott's Prometheus has been quietly working away in the background somewhat mislabelled as stuck or in transition. Fox confirmed the sequel back in August. Scott has met with British actor Rik Barnett on numerous occasions for a major role in the sequel, the role is believed to be connected to Noomi Rapace's Elizabeth Shaw. Barnett is best known for his award winning role for his work in Rebels Without a Clue. You can check out his website here. Another Prometheus news source also claims to confirm this. There is no official word as yet on casting & the script for the sequel is not yet completed but we have a good idea to what it may be about.
