Paramount Pictures has released via iTunes the full trailer for Paranormal Activity 4 which hits theaters this October 19th. Directed by Paranormal Activity 3 helmers Henry Joost & Ariel Schulman this fourth installment bears the tagline "All of the activity has led to this".
