Synopsis: "‘The Dictator’ reunites Sacha Baron Cohen with his ‘Borat’ and ‘Bruno’ director Larry Charles. The likes of Anna Faris, J.B. Smoove, Jason Mantzoukas, Megan Fox, John C. Reilly, B.J.
