Earlier this week it was announced that Benedict Cumberbatch & Noel Clarke had joined the cast of J.J. Abrams’ upcoming Star Trek sequel, EW now reports that India-born actress Nazneen Contractor has also joined the cast. Contractor will play the wife of Noel Clarke’s character in the sequel. Contractor, Cumberbatch & Clarke join newcomers Alice Eve & Peter Weller in the yet-to-be-titled sequel. The movie sees the return of Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Anton Yelchin, Simon Pegg, Karl Urban & John Cho. Abrams is back to direct with Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci & Damon Lindelof on script duty. The movie hits theaters May 17th 2013.
