The First Theatrical trailer for Luc Besson’s upcoming biopic about pro-democracy icon and Nobel Peace Prize winner Aung San Suu Kyi has been released. Starring Michelle Yeoh & David Thewlis, The Lady is an epic love story about how an extraordinary couple and family sacrifice their happiness at great human cost for a higher cause. The Lady is the story of Kyi & her husband Michael Aris. Despite distance, long separations, & a dangerously hostile regime, their love endures until the very end.
