Blake Lively [Green Lantern] has been offered the lead role in Craig Gillespie's Pride & Prejudice & Zombies. TwitchFilm claims it is unknown whether she has accepted the role or not. There has already been a slew of actresses associated with the role already including Emma Stone, Anne Hathaway, Scarlett Johansson, Mia Wasikowska & Natalie Portman. Portman is already producing the adaption based on the best-selling book written by Seth Grahame-Smith based on Jane Austen's 1839 literary classic Pride & Prejudice. Pride & Prejudice & Zombies is described as a somewhat expanded version of Austen's classic that tells the story of a woman's quest for love & independence amid the outbreak of a deadly virus that turns the undead into zombies. The movie has been gestating for quite some time so hopefully we will see some momentum finally.
