Alcon Entertainment is reportedly offering Michael Fassbender the lead role of 'Keller Dove' in their upcoming thriller Prisoners, the former hot Black List script by Aaron Guzikowski, which was at one point being "fast tracked" into production before things production stalled for two years. Fassbender would be replacing Leonardo DiCaprio who was in earlier talks for the part. Denis Villeneuve is set to direct the movie which centers on a desperate father who turns vigilante, abducting & torturing the man he suspects is behind the disappearance of his eight year old daughter & her best friend, after cops fail to find the little girls and release the suspect. Prisoners arrives sometime in 2012. Alcon Entertainment's Andrew Kosove stated last year that Prisoners is "the most interesting, moraly complex thriller we've seen in the last twelve years!" Nice.
