Ben Affleck is in negotiations to direct & star in Warner Bros upcoming thriller Line of Sight that which will be produced by Joel Silver & Andrew Rona. THR report that executive producer Alex Heineman came up with the idea for the movie which "centers on an elite commando squad transporting cargo while dealing with a global threat". The site also states "One of the conceits of the movie is that it tells the tale from a point-of-view akin to a first-person shooter game" much like a first person shooter videogame like Call of Duty. In February screenwriter F. Scott Frazier sold Line of Sight, a then spec script to Warners. Peter O’Brien [Halo: Reach] has been honing the screenplay ever since for the studios.
