Amazing New Set & Prop Images from Ridley Scott's 'PROMETHEUS' at Pinewood Studios!

Prometheus wrapped shooting at Pinewood Studios in England at the end of last month [July]. The production had used several stages at the studios including the world famous 007 Stage. Prometheus was the fifth film that director Ridley Scott had shot at the site & today an anonymous source sent Chris at Alien Prequel News some amazing photos of the sets being broken down & a plethora of props. The images include some H.R Giger like architecture, large industrial ship parts such as fuselage & thrusters & hints of another human spaceship. Its strange to imagine how these now seemingly redundant & discarded artifacts are set to contribute to the most iconic & revered franchise in the litany of cult sc-fi. Hit the jump to check them out.
Update: At the request of the studios we have removed images.

Synopsis: "Visionary filmmaker Ridley Scott returns to the genre he helped define, creating an original science fiction epic set in the most dangerous corners of the universe. The film takes a team of scientists and explorers on a thrilling journey that will test their physical and mental limits and strand them on a distant world, where they will discover the answers to our most profound questions and to life's ultimate mystery."

Chris noticed that one photo [first below] in particular of an airlock door from the side is marked 'Magellan mess deck', which may well reveal that there is another ship other than 'Prometheus' in the film. Another door seems identical to one door aboard the 'Nostromo' in Alien [1979]. Click images for a larger view.
