Screenwriter David Goyer will pen/ polish Legendary Pictures' script for their Godzilla reboot from a previous draft by David Callaham. Goyer has most recently worked on Christopher Nolan's 'Batman' films & Zack Snyder's upcoming Superman: Man of Steel. Gareth Edwards will direct the Warner Bros. release, which is being produced by Thomas Tull & Jon Jashni. Deadline broke the story.
