Tony Gilroy's [Michael Clayton] The Bourne Legacy is moving steadily forward with Jeremy Renner already locked down to star Universal have turned their attention to the movie's main villain. Variety report that Edward Norton is in their sights. Norton would be an outstanding choice as the actor has played a villain before in Paramount's The Italian Jobs and some roles on the fence in pictures such as The 24th Hour. Variety also imply that Rachel Weisz will be the female lead in the movie, previously she reported as being in early negotiations. The next chapter in the Bourne franchise arrives August 3rd 2012.
