David Arquette has added another cast member to his directing debut Glutton, his sister Patricia. The actress has not actually starred in a feature since 2006. Kacey Barnfield [Resident Evil: Afterlife] also joins the cast of the thriller that is centered around a 1200-pound man [Abraham Benrubi] who is forced out of his bed [because basically he physically get out of bed] by a stranger who says the man's sister has been kidnapped. He can only save her if he "sheds" his excess weight. Wtf?.. Variety report that Patricia will be playing the man's sister and caretaker while Barnfield will play the man's friend and blind neighbor. Stan Spry and Cameron Larson are producing along with R. Scott Reid, Steve Ecclesine and Lawreen Yakkel. Arquette will executive produce through his Coquette Productions.
