New set photos from Lionsgate's The Hunger Games, have come online. The photos reveal some buildings in the adaption of Suzanne Collins excellent novel such as The Hall of Justice, a Capital insignia and more interestingly our first look at Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket, for those of you who have read the book like myself isn't Effie looking a little too hot?
