Renowned Concept, Costume & Creature Designer Neville Page is working on Ridley Scott's Prometheus. The Designer is best known for his creature design on high calibre movies such as James Cameron's Avatar, J.J Abram's Cloverfield & Star Trek. The veteran creature designer recently added Scott's "Alien Prequel" to his extensive WPA resume which includes such films as Planet of the Apes, Minority Report, and The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe. Page also worked on the two X-Men sequels, X2 and X-Men: The Last Stand. Its not clear to what extent Page will be involved with the designs, we have had the reports of Xenomorphs already being involved. Page is a hands on conceptual Artist who has designed and sculpted toys for companies like Mattel and Jakks Pacific. On a personal note I cannot help to compare some of Pages previous work with the "Space Jockey" design from the 1979 original Alien film. Hit the jump to see what I am talking about.

Update: /Film has been "informed" that: 'Page’s work was done in very early stages of the film only. What you’ll see in Prometheus was actually designed by Carlos Huante.' Thats pretty interesting, you can check out Huante's work at his site here.
