Armie Hammer [The Social Network] has been chosen by Relativity Media to play "Prince Andrew Alcott" in its upcoming untitled Snow White feature, based on the Brothers Grimm story, directed by Tarsem Singh.Hit the jump for the details.
Saoirse Ronan is currently in talks to play "Snow White" which may be why she has been apprehensive about confirming her rumored role as "Itaril" in Peter Jackson's The Hobbit, as also there may be a scheduling conflict between the two movies. Julia Roberts was confirmed back in early February for the role of the Evil Queen. Pre-production has begun, and principal photography will start in May. The film hits theaters June 29th, 2012.
