Joaquin Phoenix has reportedly been offered a professional acting job in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. Yes Americans are getting employed. Phoenix who has a great resume and plenty of references is back in the ole showbusiness and a front-runner to play a fellow called "Henry", a mentor of sorts who teaches Lincoln [Benjamin Walker] how to kill vampires. The news comes via the keyboards of Deadline. The film is adapted from Seth Grahame-Smith's novel which is little departure from actual events. Tim Burton is one of the producers and Timur Bekmambetov has planted his ass firmly in the director's chair.
