An image has been navigating its way around the internet, it appears to be concept art related to Captain America: The First Avenger. If it is authentic [scriptflag's word of the month] it may reveal the first look at the Hugo Weaving's character The Red Skull, a disfigured former Nazi and main Villain. The image originates from MundoHype and CBM report that it actually is real concept art and that "there is a bit of hulabaloo brewing about them [Image] being leaked!" Hit the jump to check it out.
