Right into your face comes a new form of 3D! without the use of those old spectacles [so 1985 bro]. Big time Apple Computer Company have been granted a patent from the USA Government for a new type of display screen that produces three dimensional images without the need for ole time spectacle devices!
This super technology would theoretically be used to produce new types of Tvs, computer monitors and yes sir cinema screens. The patent claims this technology would also create images that appear to be holographic [just like in ole Star Wars]. Apple state: "An exceptional aspect of the invention is that it can produce viewing experiences that are virtually indistinguishable from viewing a true hologram." The news comes via The Telegraph which explains that the system presents images taken from different angles to the right and left eye, creating stereoscopic imaging that the brain interprets as 3hree-Dimensional.
