Ryan Reynolds isn't done making comic book movies just yet. With Green Lantern's filming wrapped, and Deadpool stuck in development, his next adaptation, R.I.P.D., is moving forward with a director. But will Reynolds make a good undead cop?
Variety is reporting that Robert Schwentke, (The Time Traveler's Wife, Red) has been chosen to direct the big screen adaptation of Dark Horse Comics' R.I.P.D. Which actually stands for the Rest in Peace Department, because in order to be in this squad you have to be dead. Which Ryan Reynold's character is. Here's the official comic book run-down.
